If you have always wanted to work in the travel industry and make a real difference to someone’s holiday, then read on……
Working overseas in one of our destinations, you will be an ambassador for the company, whatever role you choose.
We offer positions in Greece, Cyprus and Egypt as Overseas representatives and Administrators.
Initially, you will be employed for the summer season, however we do offer a small number of winter places.
Many of our staff have been with us for a number of years and now are actually resident in the country that they work in on a permenent basis.
As a member of our overseas team, you will play a major part to making the guests perfect holiday.
The highly demanding roles we have are not for everyone and no day is the same. If you are after an easy life in a foreign country in the sun, this may not be the job for you.
Customer service is paramount in the roles as you will have to deliver outstanding service to all Argo Holidays guests. You will need to be able to keep calm under pressure, motivated, reliable and confident at any time of the day.
There are long hours involved, as you may have to stay at the airport on a flight delay, or maybe taking out a group of guests on a bar crawl.
Although the pace of the roles can be very fast, and a high amount of work is expected to be done, the job itself is actually fun and a once in a life time experience.
Where else would you get the chance to work in some breathtaking places, experience a totally different culture and maybe get taught another language first hand from the locals!!?
Although the hours can be long, and the roles very demanding at times, overseas life is all about a ‘more that you put in, the more that you get out’ attitude.
It’s not a 9-5 job and you will be expected to work a 6 day week, however the job is also very rewarding and we offer very competitive packages.
We are looking to hear from people who have the following qualities/attributes:
- Team player
- Stamina
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to customer care
- Sales skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to meet Targets and deadlines
- Confident and friendly personality
- Initiative
All applications received will be processed in January 2008
